A bit about me

Lovely to have you here

I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia but see clients all over the world online. I love travelling which is what inspired to me run my business online so I can work from anywhere and also help people no matter where they live!

I see clients all over Australia, UK, USA, Asia and Europe. Working online allows many different people the ability to access natural health. This includes people who live regionally, people with young children who find it hard to get to appointments, people who are too unwell to leave the home and many more challenges that my online practice can support.

With a special interest in fertility and womens hormonal conditions (PCOS, PMDD, endo, HA, thyroid, adrenals - and everything in between), I treat my clients holistically through functional testing to get to the root cause, nutrition and herbal medicine, lifestyle changes & nervous system regulation.

I am also a breathwork facilitator with a special interest in creating capacity and regulation through somatic resourcing - which integrated perfectly in my Naturopathy fertility and hormone work.

I see clients one on one online for individualised treatment and I also run two online programs: Heal Your Hormones 8 week course & Natural Fertility 4 week course. This provides flexibility for clients who want a self paced learning style.

How did I become a Naturopath?

I started to be interested in natural health when I was struggling to find what university course I wanted to do. Swapping between exercise & nutrition science, psychology, maths (yes I am actually a HUGE maths nerd and loved it so much at school), and then finally found myself stumbling across a Naturopathy course.

My first interaction with natural health came when I was struggling with my menstrual cycle, was on the pill, skin breakouts, unhappy & not feeling like myself - I remember the moment so clearly I was on uni break travelling in Europe on the train flicking through a magazine left in the carriage by someone (no smart phones or international roaming then on a backpacker budget - showing my age here) - where I came across an article from a Naturopath about fixing your menstrual cycle naturally and getting off birth control.

I honestly had no idea about any of this but I couldn’t stop reading and literally wanted to get home from my trip to start delving into this deeper. Which is exactly what I did! 4 years later I graduated as a Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and dived right in with my first full-time job as a clinical Naturopath.

Volunteer work

I spent 12 months living in India and volunteering in multiple health camps in villages around Udaipur, India.

In one of the NGO’s I was working as the volunteer coordinator and managed getting our international volunteers to India - a range of naturopaths, massage therapists, nutritionists, nurses, dieticians, where we would organise health camps in villages based around women’s health + menstrual hygiene and also children’s health.

I have co-facilitated pilot projects to get reusable menstrual pads into villages to support local women who hand make the pads and also to support village women who do not have access to menstrual hygiene products which not only puts their health at risk but they are not able to teach their daughters any different either.

Menstruation is still very much a taboo topic in many regions in India and helping women and girls with education, access to safe products, breaking the stigma and having a support network is an absolute honour to provide.
